At the Ozzy Osbourne Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Prince of Darkness gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
